Area of responsibility and competence

As team leader of the project team PTS, Tina Herfurth leads the coordination of personnel requirements for the festival season and other projects within the group. Furthermore, she is responsible for the Helpdesk at different events, develops requirement profiles, trains for the job of event manager and organises incentives and employee events in the deparment of personnel.

Qualifications

Tina Herfurth completed her training as an event manager at the IHK and has years of experience. Furthermore, she holds a bachelor’s degree in „Communication and Media Studies“ at the Universiyt of Leipzig.
